In Memoriam

The Board of Directors of the Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 115 honors the memory of Director Kenneth Sheblak and recognizes him for his dedication and contributions to his community and the District.

Director Sheblak served on the Board of Directors of the District for over 20 years.

History

Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 115 is a political subdivision of the State of Texas, located entirely within the City of Missouri City and Fort Bend County, Texas, approximately 20 miles southwest of the Central Business District of the City of Houston. The District was created by order of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality dated July 31, 1998, and by confirmation election held within the District on November 2, 1999. The District, which consists of approximately 306 acres, is bounded to the east by Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 46, to the north by State Highway 6, to the south by Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 129 and generally to the west by First Colony Municipal Utility District No. 9.
